One day a young woman walked into the therapy office seeking services. She thought she had insurance coverage through state services for behavioral health therapy only to find out that the services were limited to maternal health only. Unable to receive services, she left...feeling dejected, lonely and hopeless. And so the idea for creating an organization to help women who had no insurance and could not afford full fee mental health therapy was born. In 2020, the Serendipity Women's Mental Wellness Center, Inc was formed and in January 2021 began offering services to women in the State of Florida.
